Making a Reservation
CONTACT US: Contact us either via email or telephone (207) 244 -9425 for availability and questions.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: A lease will be sent for you to review, sign and return with an advance deposit to secure your reservation.
FINAL PAYMENT: One month prior to your arrival, the final rental amount is due. Once received, an email will be sent regarding confirmation of receipt, directions to the cottage, and instructions as to where to find the key.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Within two weeks after your departure, your security deposit (minus any charges for damages, outstanding bill, and/or excess cleaning) will be returned to you.
PETS: We welcome pets. There is a $100 pet fee, and you must provide verification that your pet is using a flea preventative such as Frontline or the equivalent.
