Making a Reservation
Contact Us: Give us a call or e-mail. We'll be able to check availability and make sure the home will fit your needs. I will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the property and the area.
Rental Agreement: I will send you a lease to review, sign and return with an advance deposit to secure your reservation. Once received, I will send you a confirmation of the receipt with a signed copy of the lease agreement.
Final Payment: One month prior to your arrival, the final rental amount is due along with the security deposit, as specified in the lease. Once received, I will send, or email you a confirmation of receipt and information regarding directions to the cottage and instructions as to where to find the key.
Security Deposit: Within two weeks after your departure, I will send you your security deposit (minus any charges for damages, outstanding bill, and/or excess cleaning).
Pets: Pets welcome. There is a $100 pet fee required, and your must provide verification that your pet is using a flea preventative (like Frontline).
Cancellation: There is no cancellation policy for these cottages, unless I am able to re-rent your week. I strongly recommend you purchase low-cost trip insurance.
